So it could be useful to buy building-related shares now. I’ve recently commended housebuilders to you, but you might also consider a leading value-added distributor in North America, offering underground infrastructure to plumbing, appliances, lighting, HVAC, commercial mechanical and more, Ferguson plc (FERG).
